Shipping FeesShipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region and the total weight of the items in your order. International ShippingFor international shipments, we use EMS (Express Mail Service), FedEx, or other shipping methods that we consider appropriate based on the destination country or region, the weight and contents of the order, and other relevant circumstances. The shipping method is determined by our store. Requests to specify a particular shipping method are generally not accepted. Shipping to the United States Shipments to the United States are generally sent via EMS. However, depending on the weight or contents of the order, carrier availability, or other circumstances, we may use FedEx or another shipping method. Product prices for shipments to the United States include customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees associated with normal import clearance. These charges are covered and paid by our store, regardless of the shipping method used. Customers are not required to pay these charges separately upon delivery. Shipping fees are charged separately unless the order qualifies for free shipping. If a shipping carrier or customs authority requests payment from the Customer for import-related charges that are our responsibility, please contact us before making payment and provide your order number and documentation showing the details of the charges. Additional expenses arising from circumstances attributable to the Customer, such as incomplete or incorrect address information, changes to the delivery address after shipment, refusal to accept delivery without a legitimate reason, or failure to provide required customs information, may be charged to the Customer in accordance with our Terms of Service. International Shipping Outside the United States Shipments to countries and regions outside the United States are generally sent via EMS. However, alternative shipping methods may be used depending on the destination, shipping conditions, carrier availability, or other circumstances. Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the Customer if incurred. This also applies to orders that qualify for free shipping. If such charges are requested by a shipping carrier or relevant authority, the Customer is responsible for payment. However, charges already collected by our store at the time of purchase do not need to be paid again. These charges are determined by customs authorities or other relevant organizations in the destination country or region. Therefore, we may not be able to provide an exact amount in advance. |
