Terms of service

These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions for using the online shop operated by Ginji Osada (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”).

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between customers and the Shop concerning the use of the online shop and the purchase of products.

Article 2 (Purchase of Products)

A sales contract for a product shall be deemed to have been concluded when the customer places an order and the Shop accepts the order.

However, the Shop may cancel an order at its discretion in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • There is an error in the displayed price.

  • The order is determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

  • The Shop otherwise determines that it is inappropriate to continue the sale.

Article 3 (Product Prices and Payment)

Product prices are displayed on each product page.

Shipping within Japan is free of charge.

For international shipments, customs duties, import consumption taxes, and other import-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers shall pay the product price using a payment method designated by the Shop.

Article 4 (Returns and Exchanges)

Returns and exchanges shall be handled in accordance with the separate “Returns & Exchanges Policy” established by the Shop.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Customers shall not engage in any of the following activities:

  • Registering false information

  • Placing an order using another person's information

  • Using the Shop for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes

  • Infringing upon the rights or interests of the Shop or any third party

  • Any other activity that the Shop deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All rights to images, text, logos, designs, and other content posted on the Shop belong to the Shop or the rightful owner of such content.

Reproduction, republication, modification, or use without permission is prohibited.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Some products sold by the Shop contain studs, metal parts, and other decorative components.

When using or wearing such products, customers must exercise sufficient caution regarding the shape, structure, and condition of the decorative components.

Except where the Shop is legally required to assume liability, the Shop shall not be liable for the following damages arising from the customer's use, wearing, storage, handling, or other treatment of the products:

  • Injuries or other bodily harm to the customer or any third party

  • Damage to property or other material damage

  • Accidents arising in connection with the use of the products

  • Troubles or incidents arising in connection with the use of the products

  • Any other damage arising from the use or handling of the products

Customers shall use the products at their own responsibility after understanding the characteristics of the products and the shape and structure of decorative components, while paying sufficient attention to people and property in their surroundings.

Before using a product, customers should check that studs, metal parts, and other components are properly attached and free from any abnormalities. If any abnormality is found, customers should stop using the product.

The appearance of the color and texture of products displayed on the Shop may differ from the actual products depending on the customer's device or monitor settings.

Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Shop shall not be liable for damages not attributable to the Shop.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The Shop may modify these Terms as necessary.

Any amended Terms shall become effective when posted on the Shop's website.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Shop shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Shop as the court of first instance.
