All products in our store are made to order.

Production of your order will begin once payment has been completed.

The estimated shipping time is stated on each product page. If a specific shipping schedule is provided on the product page, that information will take precedence.

Please note that all stated shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region and the total weight of the items in your order.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weights set by our store and the applicable rate for your shipping destination. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that the product weights used to calculate shipping fees are based on the weights assigned to each product by our store and may differ from the actual weight of the package after packing.

Depending on the destination country or region, the contents of the shipment, carrier regulations, or other circumstances, shipping fees may differ from the standard rate. In such cases, we may contact you after your order has been placed or before shipment.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available in certain countries and regions when the order value meets the applicable minimum purchase requirement.

Free-shipping thresholds vary depending on the shipping destination:

South Korea & Taiwan: JPY ¥150,000 or more
Asia: JPY ¥180,000 or more

The amounts above are based on Japanese Yen (JPY). If another currency is selected on our website, the converted amount may vary slightly due to exchange-rate fluctuations.

Free shipping applies only to shipping charges and does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related fees.

International Shipping

For international orders, we use EMS (Express Mail Service), FedEx, or another shipping method deemed appropriate by our store, depending on the destination country or region, the weight and contents of the order, and other relevant circumstances.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States are sent via either EMS or FedEx, depending on the weight, contents, and other details of the order.

When EMS is used, customs duties, import taxes, and other import-related charges required for import into the United States may be prepaid by our store at the time of shipment. In such cases, customers will not be required to pay the prepaid duties and taxes again upon delivery.

When FedEx is used, customs duties, import taxes, and other import-related charges are generally the responsibility of the customer. If such charges are billed by the carrier or relevant authorities, the customer is responsible for payment.

The shipping method will be determined by our store. Customers generally cannot select or specify the shipping method.

International Shipping Outside the United States

For international destinations outside the United States, we generally use EMS (Express Mail Service).

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related charges incurred are generally the responsibility of the customer.

However, we may use a different shipping method depending on the destination country or region, shipping conditions, carrier availability, or other circumstances.

Customs duties, import taxes, and other import-related charges are determined by the customs authorities or other relevant authorities in the destination country or region. Therefore, we may not be able to provide the exact amount in advance.

Shipping methods and the handling of customs duties and taxes are determined by our store based on the weight and contents of the order, shipping destination, and other relevant factors.

Shipping Destinations

We ship both within Japan and internationally.

However, we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to carrier restrictions, international circumstances, import regulations, or other factors.

If, after an order has been placed, we determine that the standard shipping method is unavailable due to a temporary suspension of shipping services or other circumstances, we will contact you separately.

Shipping Delays

Shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, international circumstances, carrier-related issues, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

Extended Absence / Refusal of Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an extended absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties or import taxes, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping and any other necessary expenses.

Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted for these reasons.
