Shipping Information

All products sold through our store are made to order.

Production of ordered products begins after payment has been completed.

The estimated shipping timeframe is stated on each product page. If a shipping timeframe is specified on the product page, that information shall take precedence.

Please note that the stated shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on production progress and other circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region and the total weight of the products ordered.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total product weight and the rates established for each destination. The applicable shipping fees can be confirmed at checkout.

The product weights used to calculate shipping fees are based on the weights assigned to each product by our store and may differ from the actual weight after packaging.

Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination, package contents, carrier regulations, or other circumstances. If the Customer is required to pay additional shipping fees, we will explain the amount and reason before shipment and proceed only after obtaining the Customer's approval.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders that meet the specified purchase amount in certain countries and regions.

The minimum purchase amount required for free shipping varies by destination. Please refer to the following conditions for each region.

Japan: Orders of ¥50,000 or more
South Korea and Taiwan: Orders of ¥150,000 or more
Asia: Orders of ¥180,000 or more
Europe: Orders of ¥200,000 or more
Middle East: Orders of ¥200,000 or more
Oceania: Orders of ¥200,000 or more
Canada: Orders of ¥200,000 or more
United States: Orders of ¥350,000 or more
Latin America and the Caribbean: Orders of ¥250,000 or more
Africa: Orders of ¥250,000 or more

The above amounts are based on Japanese Yen (JPY). If another currency is selected on the website, the converted amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Free shipping applies only to shipping fees. Responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees is governed by the International Shipping section below.

For shipments to the United States, standard import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are covered by our store, regardless of whether free shipping applies.

International Shipping

For international shipments, we use EMS (Express Mail Service), FedEx, or other shipping methods that we consider appropriate based on the destination country or region, the weight and contents of the order, and other relevant circumstances.

The shipping method is determined by our store. Requests to specify a particular shipping method are generally not accepted.

Shipping to the United States

Shipments to the United States are generally sent via EMS (Express Mail Service). However, depending on the weight or contents of the order, carrier availability, or other circumstances, we may use FedEx or another shipping method.

Product prices for shipments to the United States include customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees associated with normal import clearance using our designated shipping method. These charges are covered and paid by our store, regardless of whether EMS, FedEx, or another shipping method is used.

Customers are not required to pay these standard import-related charges separately upon delivery.

Shipping fees are charged separately unless the order qualifies for free shipping.

However, if additional storage fees, return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or other expenses arise due to circumstances attributable to the Customer, including incorrect delivery information, changes to the delivery address after shipment, refusal to accept delivery without a legitimate reason, or failure to provide required customs information, the Customer shall bear the reasonable amounts actually incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If such charges are requested, we will explain the reasons and provide an itemized breakdown.

If a shipping carrier, customs authority, or other relevant party requests payment from the Customer for import-related charges that are our responsibility, please contact us before making payment and provide your order number and documentation showing the details of the charges.

We will review the charges and payment status and coordinate with the shipping carrier or relevant authority.

A refund or compensation is not guaranteed solely on the basis of a Customer's report. However, this does not release our store from its obligation to pay the charges for which it has assumed responsibility.

International Shipping Outside the United States

Shipments to countries and regions outside the United States are generally sent via EMS (Express Mail Service).

However, alternative shipping methods may be used depending on the destination, shipping conditions, carrier availability, or other circumstances.

Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the Customer if incurred. This also applies to orders that qualify for free shipping.

If such charges are requested by a shipping carrier or relevant authority, the Customer is responsible for payment. However, charges already collected by our store at the time of purchase do not need to be paid again.

These charges are determined by customs authorities or other relevant organizations in the destination country or region. Therefore, we may not be able to provide an exact amount in advance.

Shipping Destinations

Our store offers shipping within Japan and internationally.

However, shipping to certain countries or regions may be unavailable due to carrier regulations, international circumstances, import restrictions, or other factors.

If we discover after an order has been placed that shipment using the usual shipping method is unavailable due to a temporary suspension of delivery services or other circumstances, we will contact the Customer separately.

Customers must provide accurate recipient names, addresses, telephone numbers, and any other required delivery information.

If additional information or documentation is required for customs clearance, Customers must provide it within the specified deadline.

Shipping Delays

Shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, international circumstances, carrier-related issues, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Except where liability is imposed by applicable law, our store shall not be responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

Extended Absence and Refusal of Delivery

If a package is returned due to circumstances attributable to the Customer, including prolonged absence, incomplete or incorrect address information, refusal to accept delivery without a legitimate reason, failure to provide required customs information, or nonpayment of customs duties or import taxes for which the Customer is responsible, the Customer shall bear the reasonable return shipping fees, storage fees, reshipping fees, and other additional expenses actually incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If such charges are requested, we will provide an explanation of the reasons and an itemized breakdown.

Cancellations or refunds requested by the Customer for these reasons are not accepted, except where required by applicable law or separately approved by our store.

For shipments to the United States, while we are reviewing or coordinating payment of import-related charges that are our responsibility, the Customer's nonpayment of those charges alone shall not be treated as a refusal of delivery or failure to pay attributable to the Customer.
